AHRC-funded research project at Lancaster University. Built NLP pipelines using Transformer models to extract and standardize fuzzy South Indian toponyms from 32+ British colonial texts (1799–1947), enabling historical mapping and environmental history research.
Digital humanities analysis of historical journals on water resource management during the Chola and Chera dynasties. Used Python and SpaCy NER to identify key water systems, settlements, and ancient infrastructure from historical texts.
